That hits it head on.
Many people can't figure out that they have to actually do something to earn that paycheck. Heaven forbid you ask them to actually lift a finger and work.

at my store we are having a hard time finding "reliable" people to work i dont see how more restaurants will be able to but thats just my opinion

I know that many local restaurants have the same problem.
Can't pass a drug test. Cut corners on the job. Steal (cash and inventory). Constantly call in. Quit after a week.

u hit it on the head exactly i have that problem very much not so much the cash stealing and the food stealing just most people say it is to fast paced for them and they cant handle it lol

Isn't just restaurants. Wal Mart has the same problem.

heck my turnover rate is eve n worse then that i hired someone about a week ago they worked 1 day never worked againi know part of it is the minimum wage thats why i start mine out at $5.50 i know thats now much for a restuarant but still
